About The Position

EMT Paramedic The EMT Paramedic is responsible for the delivery of quality care for ill or injured patients under varied conditions in collaboration with department specific personnel. The paramedic must be highly motivated and able to function using assessment skills and written standards as defined by departmental policy. Please note the following important details regarding this position: This posting includes multiple openings for a EMT Paramedic Available Shifts: Full-Time, Day This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: Texas: Lubbock Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire: Texas Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic License - Texas Office of EMS-Trauma Systems - OR- Texas Paramedic License - Texas Office of EMS-Trauma Systems
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
  • One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Covenant Ambulance: One (1) year experience in emergency medical service.
