About The Position

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, the Emergency Medicine Specialist collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct patient care and support services to patients, families, and other Emergency Department staff. The role is based at Methodist Celina Medical Center, a new full-service hospital on a 40+ acre campus, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The center will open with 51 beds and plans for expansion, offering services such as cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, and robotic surgery. The campus also includes a 40,000-square-foot medical office building. Methodist Health System, a faith-based organization, aims to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current Texas EMT-P certification (license required)
• 1 year as a paramedic in pre-hospital or hospital setting

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support recommended
• 2 years experience as EMT-P (preferred)
