Medcor is looking to hire a full-time EMT, Paramedic or LPN to be an Onsite Health Technician in our employer based, occupational health clinic in Galesburg, MI. The hours for this position are Wednesday, 2:00pm - 12:00am. Thursday - Saturday, 12:00pm - 10:00pm. This position involves collaborative work with the medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client's corporate structure. The day-to-day role includes patient care, ongoing workers' compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. The Onsite Health Technician will participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic, provide superior customer service, assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, build and maintain internal team relationships, support onsite employee health and wellness efforts, conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings, document care using EMR, and manage medical charting.
