About The Position
Grifols is seeking dedicated EMTB, EMTA, and Paramedic professionals to join our international team at our Plasma Donation Center. In this role, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability, ensuring that our donors are healthy and safe to donate. You will also build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality for both donors and staff. Your responsibilities will include educating donors about general health and providing counseling regarding any unacceptable test results. You will evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, ensuring that all donors are fit to continue donating. Additionally, you will assist in employee training and administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.
