About The Position
The EMT Basic, Advanced EMT, and Paramedic are specialized healthcare professionals who respond to medical and trauma emergencies in pre-hospital settings. Their primary role is to stabilize and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities via ambulance. Each level of EMT has distinct training and responsibilities, with the Basic EMT focusing on essential life-saving skills, the Advanced EMT performing more invasive procedures, and the Paramedic providing advanced medical care under physician supervision.
