The EMT-B is responsible for providing care and services to patients of all ages in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and respectful manner within the parameters of the Emergency Medical Services Board of Tennessee and unit-specific guidelines. Performs direct and indirect patient care activities that are patient and family centered in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the healthcare team, under medical and nursing supervision.
