Royal Restoration is a growing property damage restoration company specializing in emergency water mitigation, mold remediation, fire mitigation, contents services, and reconstruction. We work closely with insurance carriers, TPAs, property managers, and homeowners to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality restoration services. We are seeking an experienced EMS (Water Mitigation) Project Coordinator with strong TPA program experience and MICA moisture mapping knowledge to support and help grow our Emergency Mitigation Division. The EMS Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating TPA-driven water mitigation and emergency service jobs from intake through completion and invoicing. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements under TPA programs. This position is ideal for someone who understands the urgency and structure of EMS work and can keep multiple projects moving while maintaining compliance and communication.
