About The Position
The position serves as the liaison between ThedaCare and community EMS partners to identify educational opportunities for EMS and improve quality outcomes for the services provided in prehospital care. The role involves reviewing EMS and ED records to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting the outreach requirements of ThedaCare’s trauma, stroke, and chest pain programs, as well as other service areas as necessary. The position works under the direction of the ThedaStar program manager and in collaboration with system emergency departments, having extensive contact with the EMS community.
