About The Position

We are seeking an EMR Specialist to support behavioral health clients by building, optimizing, and customizing clinical and administrative forms across multiple EMR platforms. This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on super-admin experience. This is not an entry-level EMR role. Role Overview You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining EMR forms and workflows to meet regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements. Work will be performed independently based on written specifications and client needs.

Requirements

Demonstrated super-admin level experience in Sunwave, Ritten, and Kipu
Proven form-building and workflow configuration experience within these systems
Ability to follow detailed written instructions precisely
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks without oversight
Behavioral health EMR experience is required

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting multi-state behavioral health providers
Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation requirements
Prior work in a consulting or managed services environment

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and optimize forms within Sunwave, Ritten, and Kipu
Configure intake, clinical, administrative, and compliance-related workflows
Translate written requirements into accurate EMR builds without supervision
Troubleshoot form logic, permissions, and workflow issues
Ensure builds align with behavioral health documentation standards and payer expectations
Collaborate asynchronously with internal compliance, clinical, and operations teams
