About The Position

This position is responsible for carrying out Hospital policy related to the revenue cycle of physician practices. The incumbent is responsible for maintenance of the billing software databases and optimization of technology to improve operations. This position will assist with workforce assessment to optimize efficiency and systemize practices of all administrative operations in the Physicians Services area to ensure operational integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or similar.
• Three (3) years of administrative experience required.
• One (1) year of experience in an administrative role at Bartlett Regional Hospital.
• One (1) year of administrative experience working at a hospital, physician's office, clinic, or related work setting may substitute for the 3 years of administrative experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
