Assists individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment. This includes supporting that individual in the new position while training on the jobsite and then providing follow-up services designed to help the individual maintain the position. An ETS does not typically work traditional work hours. Although office hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, work hours consistently involve evenings and weekends and are necessary to accommodate the needs of their clients. The hours can include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
