As a Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach), you’ll provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities as they explore, secure, and succeed in competitive, integrated employment. You’ll be a mentor, advocate, and partner in helping others reach their goals through: Meeting clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection Conducting career assessments that focus on individual strengths, skills, and interests Helping develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads Supporting onboarding and training with new employers Providing ongoing coaching to promote job retention and personal growth Attending team meetings, writing progress reports, and maintaining clear communication Creating positive, lasting impact—one job, one goal, one success at a time This hybrid role includes in-person and remote work, with up to two days per week working from home based on service needs.
