About The Position
Ohel is seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead our multifaceted employment program for individuals with disabilities. As the Employment Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of job coaches and clients, coordinating their schedules, staff trainings and assisting in vocational plan development. Successful candidate must thrive in a collaborative environment, exhibit innovative approaches to responsibilities, possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn.
