About The Position

The Employment Specialist at the County of Monroe is responsible for overseeing the Employment Services System within the Monroe Service Center. This role involves monitoring unemployment claimants and facilitating the labor market exchange between job seekers and employers, while also providing support for various Workforce Development Programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with advanced coursework in computers/word processing and public relations.
• Two years of experience in workforce development and/or customer service.
• Valid Driver's License.
