About The Position
Express Employment Professionals in Sparta, TN is currently seeking a self-motivated Employment Specialist to join their team. As an Employment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve taking and completing job orders, working independently, and achieving set goals. This role requires proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute, along with a willingness to utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes. The Employment Specialist will play a crucial role in connecting candidates with job opportunities while ensuring that client needs are met effectively. In this position, you will take and process job orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and a thorough understanding of their requirements. You will conduct comprehensive candidate searches using various recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media, and internal databases. Screening and evaluating applicants based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific job positions. Collaboration with clients is essential to understand their organizational culture, job requirements, and long-term staffing needs. You will develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements. Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the application, interview, and onboarding processes is also part of your role. Proactively sourcing and attracting potential candidates through creative recruitment strategies, including social media platforms, will be expected. Additionally, you will continuously meet or exceed individual and team goals for job placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation. Staying updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws will ensure compliance and help deliver exceptional service.
