The Employment Specialist/Job Coach will be responsible for job development and advocacy for individuals with disabilities seeking employment. This role involves assisting referred individuals with job placement, follow-up, and training, as well as providing case management and social service referral assistance as needed. The position requires the ability to provide job readiness training and instruction, and to maintain reporting and records as outlined by policy and accreditation requirements.
