About The Position
The Employment Services Supervisor (PROS) is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Employment Services team within the PROS program. This role involves collaboration with clinical team leaders, ensuring positive program outcomes, and providing direct support to employment specialists. The supervisor will also participate in multidisciplinary meetings, conduct audits, and collect client outcomes to assess the program's success.
