About The Position

Our Vancouver Employment Service team is looking for a values-driven Employment Services Manager (ESM).  This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of the assigned service area and ensures quality and successful functioning of the service area. The Employment Services program provides essential supports to individuals successfully accessing and gaining employment in the community. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growing and developing those around them.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 4 years successful experience in a relevant position
• Must demonstrate supervisory abilities that promote effective employee performance
• Must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
• Must demonstrate experience in successful financial management
• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in social services or closely related field
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or other barriers
