The Employment Services Manager will implement policies and procedures as guided by the Employment Services Handbook and the Director of Programs. They will facilitate programming partnerships and professional connections, oversee the development of various Employment Service Programs, and participate in individual service plan meetings. The manager will also conduct weekly reviews of documentation, maintain organized records, and ensure adequate staffing ratios. Additionally, the role requires attending required training, documenting incident reports, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for individuals served. This position demands strong communication skills, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The Employment Services Manager will also be expected to embrace change, seek performance improvements, and accept feedback. The role operates in both a professional office environment and the community, requiring the use of standard office equipment and occasional travel within local communities.
