Serves as the dedicated front-facing point of contact for all new hires and visitors entering the Memphis Metro Employment Services office. Manages front desk operations, including greeting and directing candidates and employees, answering incoming phone calls, and completing Part 2 of the I-9 verification process for all new hires in accordance with federal requirements. Supports the Employment Services team by ensuring a professional, organized, and compliant new hire experience. Performs employment functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Some overtime may be required. Performs other duties as assigned.
