About The Position
The Employment Resource Counselor at The Kintock Group is responsible for developing employment opportunities and providing ongoing employment counseling to a residential offender population. This full-time role involves working under the supervision of the Program Director or Senior Case Manager to empower residents with job-search skills and knowledge of employment laws, while also maintaining relationships with employers to facilitate job placements.
