Compensation- $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Compensation including a base with a structured Bonus Plan and Benefits
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Prior experience representing Plaintiff's and/or at least three years of litigation experience
Responsibilities
- Creating case strategies and plans for successful incomes in a variety of employment and persona injury matter
- Conduct and defend depositions of lay witnesses and experts
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials
- Draft complex pleadings
- Manage case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
