What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and strategically. Your contributions will include: Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team Why Join Kaufman Dolowich You will be part of a collaborative, high-energy legal support team that values initiative, precision, and professional growth. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA matters
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze legal documents with accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

  • A certification from organizations such as American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, or American Alliance of Paralegals
  • Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments and Westlaw
