About the Role: CrowdStrike seeks an Employment Law intern to learn about and support the Employment Legal team on employment law issues and compliance for CrowdStrike’s global operations and cross-functional initiatives. Location: Remote

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, having completed your 1L year.
  • Graduating in either 2027 or 2028
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to approach legal issues with creativity and to research and apply legal concepts to business situations for practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Effective team player with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  • An interest in how law departments work with an eye toward a career in law or technology.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Nice To Haves

  • Law review member.
  • Coursework in employment law.
  • Prior experience in the legal field (for example, as a paralegal).
  • Familiarity with responsibly using AI-powered tools to enhance and improve research, drafting, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching, drafting, and updating employment-related documents globally, including agreements, policies and handbooks.
  • Assist with analyzing and advising on employee relations matters globally.
  • Assist with analyzing and advising on contingent worker and employment-related matters in the global expansion context.
  • Assist in-house and outside counsel in preparing legal strategies and handling case management.
  • Help maintain, update, and streamline existing employment legal processes.
  • Perform other legal support tasks as assigned.
