Employment Instructor provide comprehensive support for students participating in the Summer Work Program through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). Required daytime hours to support youth during the summer work programming. Employer Engagement - Proactively reach out to and meet with local employers to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships Participant Support - Foster supportive and trusting relationships with program participants, guiding them through their employment journey. Job Proposal Preparation - Assist in putting together employment proposals and negotiating job opportunities that align with participant's skills and career goals. Compliance - Ensure all activities and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Skills Development - Provide training to enhance participant's job readiness and interviewing skills, preparing them for successful employment.
