Position OverviewThe Employment and Human Services Associate provides direct support to families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) through the Choices program. This role focuses on helping participants achieve self-sufficiency by developing Family Employment Plans, addressing barriers to employment, and coordinating access to workforce, training, and support services. The representative works closely with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), community partners, and internal teams to ensure compliance with program requirements and provide holistic, customer-centered services.
