The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $150,000 – $200,000. We have a hybrid remote work policy that permits attorneys to work remotely up to two days per week. Requirements

  • Recent employment litigation experience
  • CA bar
  • 2-10 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters
  • Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
  • Draft and argue motions and summary judgments
  • Conduct depositions, written discovery, and witness interviews
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment-related risks and compliance
