What we Offer: Salaries for associate attorneys are based on years of experience. The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $150,000 – $200,000. We have a hybrid remote work policy that permits attorneys to work remotely up to two days per week. Requirements
- Recent employment litigation experience
- CA bar
- 2-10 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
- Draft and argue motions and summary judgments
- Conduct depositions, written discovery, and witness interviews
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment-related risks and compliance
