About The Position

The Employment Coordinator provides support to the Employment and Immigration Manager. This role assists in the pre and post employee recruitment function to ensure a smooth process for new employees. Responsibilities include obtaining qualified applicants for open positions, maintaining applications, screening candidates, and facilitating the post-employment process.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college courses preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of Human Resources experience.
  • Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

  • Thorough understanding of Hospital policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of TJC Human Resource standards.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
