About The Position

Cable Huston is seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation and management-side advice work. This position includes a mix of general civil litigation, employment cases, and counseling employers on workplace matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in both state and federal courts, including responsibility for pleadings, motions, e-discovery, depositions, and oral arguments
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Prior experience at a mid- to large-sized law firm preferred
• Oregon bar admission required; Washington admission is a plus
