About The Position

You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review, assess, and transform technical data
  • Perform data processing and flight test analysis
  • Regularly review and assess data available from multiple sources, and discuss recommendations and required actions to maintain performance fidelity of the deployed force
  • Review and assess system engineering estimates
  • Review and assess the annual Minuteman Operational Accuracy Reports (MOARs)
  • Review and assess Special Studies and Analysis to characterize the effect of component errors on system accuracy
  • Review and assess system ensemble accuracy parameters (biases and dispersions) and confidence limits at system, subsystem and component levels
  • Review flight test database following each flight
  • Review system configuration data, provide technical advice, programmatic guidance and management analysis of ICBM LEPs, LRP efforts and test results, and discuss findings with AFGSC action officer
  • Provide assessment of modernization impacts, Aging & Surveillance tests, weapon system failures, parts deletion, anomalies and OTL performance on ICBM operational force reliability and discuss findings with AFGSC action officer
  • Assist in analysis and understanding of missile systems and the associated parameters required to operate and assess their performance
  • Assist in meeting the flight test requirements and monitoring results
  • Analyze test flights to include arming and fuzing
  • Provide technical advice, programmatic guidance and management/analysis of ICBM Life Extension Programs and Long Range Planning
  • Provide expertise in other significant warfighting issues requiring mathematical or engineering support
  • Support quarterly working group meetings
  • Provide other technical, administrative and programmatic support
  • Provide briefings, papers, reports, memorandums and other documentation as required
  • Support coordination/publications cycles of checklists
  • Monitor the progress of the ICBM Fuze Program and provide advice on the feasibility of the proposed technical solutions based on the scientific database and models
