About The Position

Fello supports people with disabilities to live the lives they choose. As an Employment Advisor, you will focus on job coaching, skill building, and job retention for the people you support. As an Employment Advisor, your primary responsibilities will be ensuring job goals are developed and implemented, providing transportation or follow-along supports to people who are working, and facilitating virtual and in-person job coaching sessions. The Employment Advisor is an encouraging, trusted guide for the people they support, always ready to boost people’s self-esteem and self-confidence as they work toward the goals in their person-centered plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience working with people with I/DD
• Valid driver’s license with no significant violations
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with workforce development programs
