About The Position
The Employer Relations Coordinator at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is responsible for expanding and enhancing employer relationships to meet the talent needs of employers seeking to recruit WPI students and alumni. This role involves conducting outreach to new employers, providing expert advice tailored to their needs, and connecting them with various recruiting resources and services. The position supports the employer relations team and contributes to the overall mission of the Career Development Center (CDC) by organizing events, analyzing labor market demands, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
