About The Position
The Employer Engagement Specialist role collaborates with the Director, career advising, employer engagement teams in creating, managing, and implementing employer engagement programming. Additionally, the Employer Engagement Specialist interacts with external constituents including employers and alumni and offers administrative support to the Director. The position also oversees student office assistants and manages our recruiting platform - Handshake. Ensuring data integrity and maintaining database performance. This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in the office with the option to work 2 days a week from home. The daily work hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
