We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team for a 3-4 month project-based internship. The ideal candidate will focus on process improvement through a Kaizen initiative, aimed at reducing time waste and streamlining at least one core program to enhance our team's delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that improve both remote and in-person employee experiences.

  • Assist in the Kaizen project by analyzing and optimizing current processes within the EWX team.
  • Identify inefficiencies in experience and/or workplace processes and propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather data and insights.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce time waste.
  • Create process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation standards for sustainable and scalable operations.
  • Implement tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace) for program efficiency and data management.
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee feedback, program effectiveness, and operational improvements.
  • Track and report on key metrics in collaboration with the People Analytics team to inform future enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and executing programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.
  • Conduct research, gather feedback, and identify areas for enhancement in both remote and in-person workplace experiences.
  • Support change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives and improved processes.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Lucidchart is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in a related discipline.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Kaizen or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Interest in workplace culture and employee experience programs.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
