Join the Clean Energy Revolution Become an Employee Volunteerism and Giving, Communications Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll manage SCE's employee volunteer program, planning and executing employee engagement opportunities that align with Edison's corporate responsibility strategy. This includes coordinating signature events, fostering relationships with nonprofit partners and increasing employee participation in giving and service initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to amplify through storytelling campaigns. You will lead Edison's Employee Giving Program which includes the annual fall Employee Giving Campaign, disaster relief/cause campaigns, offline donations, company-sponsored fundraising events and the employee relief fund. You will manage outside vendors, including nonprofit disbursements, IT projects, budgeting and contract management.
