The Employee Support Partner provides confidential emotional and psychological support to Community Bridges staff within the organization. The role is designed to ensure the mental well-being and resilience of employees who work in high-stress environments, experience trauma (including secondary) compassion fatigue and other stressors while at work. The Employee Support Partner will provide individual and group support and promote wellness initiatives. This position works collaboratively with program management to foster a supportive work environment while maintaining an elevated level of confidentiality and professionalism. This job requires availability outside of regularly scheduled shifts for urgent and critical incidents.
