The Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) Lead at Salesforce plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's talent strategy and initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics experience.
  • Experience working closely with HRBPs/ESBPs, Data Analytics, and Talent Development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Workday, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in talent management best practices.
  • Knowledge of staffing and compensation policies.
  • Ability to deliver difficult feedback and coach leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ES Partners to deliver on the organization's talent strategy and strategic projects.
  • Manage initiatives including end of year planning, organizational health planning, and employee retention.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global ES partners to ensure seamless processes and insights.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Employee Success programs and processes.
  • Create tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to ESBP leaders with quantitative data.
  • Monitor and interpret trends around employee satisfaction and turnover.
  • Build narratives using data and insights to recommend improvements.
