Requirements

8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market.
Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Enable business growth by developing the employer brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland.
Ensure a high-performance culture where employees can excel.
Attract and manage employee relations to place the right people in the right roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Eastern Europe.
Engage talent through creative sourcing and attraction strategies.
Define and enhance candidate and employee experience in collaboration with hiring managers.
Provide insights and data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
