Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people skills, organization skills, and attention to detail are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation.
• Work with the clinical team to schedule and coordinate onboarding requirements for new caregivers and clinicians.
• Manage ongoing employee compliance such as TB tests and criminal background checks.
• Manage our recognition programs such as Presidential Scholarships and Office Hero's.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the office team and field staff.
• Manage administrative tasks regarding employee files and requirements.
