Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic PC and computer proficiency required (EMR and HR systems experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees
  • Ensure all field employee onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Manage high-volume administrative and reporting workflows related to employee onboarding, retention, and experience
  • Serve as a welcoming, service-oriented resource for field employees by triaging needs and resolving inquiries in accordance with The BAYADA Way
  • Lead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Support hiring and onboarding activities, including orientations, interviews, recruiting events, and walk-in candidates as well as post-hire processes.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure required labor law postings are current
  • Partner with office leadership to meet or exceed performance standards and support overall office operations
