Actalent is hiring an Employee Service Specialist for a permanent role supporting all incoming requests for our internal employees and technical consultants. The Employee Service Specialist (ESS) is responsible for ensuring Actalent's technical consultants and internal employees receive exceptional service in all areas of requests including but not limited to payroll, benefits, employee engagement and additional employment information areas. The ESS is the main point of contact for services' consultants and employees, serving as the primary liaison to Actalent's onboarding, payroll, human resources, internal partners, and corporate benefits teams. This individual will eventually process and support timecard collection with responsibility to verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned employee portfolio. This position requires an initial in-office presence up to 4 days/week for candidates local to our engineering center in New Albany, Ohio or Troy, Michigan - with potential flexibility for 3-days in-office + 2-days remote post-training.
