About The Position
The Employee Service Specialist (ESS) is responsible for ensuring Actalent's internal and external employees receive exceptional service in all areas of requests including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and general questions. The ESS is the main point of contact for employees, serving as the primary liaison to Actalent's onboarding, payroll, human resources, internal partners, and corporate benefits teams. This individual will process and support payroll and electronic timecard collection for Actalent Services' employees including but not limited to Per Project Consultants, Full Time Consultants, and Internal Billable Employees. These responsibilities will be to verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned portfolio. The Specialist will also review, communicate, and ensure compliance with our companies' policies and procedures. This individual will be the liaison between OSG, Project Coordinators, and our corporate partners to ensure payroll and invoicing are accurate and completed each week within the appropriate deadlines.
