About The Position
The Employee Retention Program Trainer is responsible for training new sanitation team members in the essential sanitation processes while ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. This role involves direct supervision and guidance of trainees, ensuring they understand the sanitation steps, safety protocols, and chemical handling. The trainer will also communicate daily with the ERP Coordinator and participate in weekly meetings to discuss training progress and any issues that arise.
