About The Position

Perfection Commercial Services has been in business for nearly 35 years and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding team as a representative within the Employee Relations Department at our HQ in Tekonsha, MI. Our Employee Relations position will be responsible for effectively supporting and assisting with all recruiting efforts, employee retention and policy implementation; among other human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and organizational skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive attitude and be team oriented, as well as possess the ability to manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
