This is a HYBRID opportunity in the Atlanta area. The ER Business Consultant is responsible for facilitating workplace investigations on behalf of Wellstar and identifying case trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation. This Sr. Consultant will partner in continuous improvement initiatives of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for all employees. The Sr. Consultant will handle complex cases, partnering with Legal, DEI and Sr. Business Leaders as required. This position reports to the Employee Relations COE Leader.
