Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace investigations into employee relations issues including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
  • Draft comprehensive investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for HR management and Legal review.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Learning and Culture to develop and deliver training materials on employee relations and conflict resolution.
