Under the supervision of the Human Resources VP, the Employee Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to employee relations issues and concerns. A key role of the Employee Relations Specialist is that of liaison between employees, management, and Human Resources. This person is also responsible for monitoring various aspects of employee performance and well-being.
