About The Position
Zeta Global is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This individual will play a critical role in fostering a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace by managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, strong communicator, and trusted advisor who can effectively handle workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation while partnering closely with HR leaders, managers, and employees reporting to the VP, US People Partners.
