About The Position
BeMobile is growing! With over 85 locations across the country, we are expanding our HR team and seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support our employees and maintain a positive workplace culture. This position is located in the Grand Forks, ND office. The Employee Relations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting best practices in HR and company policies. Working closely with the HR Generalist, this position provides guidance and support to employees while prioritizing positive resolutions and maintaining confidentiality.
