The Employee Relations Specialist II will assist with the administration of campus-wide Employee Relations (ER) practices in compliance with state and federal laws, and the Regents' Rules and Regulations of the University of Texas System. Under limited supervision, the Human Resources Representative II performs various Human Resource related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities primarily addressing employee relation investigations, researching, and processing unemployment claims, administering, and developing training seminars related to the campus wide performance review process. Collaborate with ER Assistant Director to assist new managers with management and training.
